Normally we ship the products on the day after the sale is over, but this process may take up to a maximum of 7 days for all the orders to be shipped.

If Product of the Day is out of stock we will stop the buy process for the next customer, so you can be assured that our products are in stock if you have placed an order, and will be shipped as soon as possible.

 About the Payment Process : after an order has been placed each customer will be directed automatically to the PAY PAL site for payment. The customer can pay for the item in PAY PAL with PAY PAL account, credit card or bank draft. We accept only PAY PAL for all payments. This decision was made to protect the security interests of our customers. PAY PAL is the most secure payment site on the web and DENTAL HIPPO does not hold in memory any credit card or financial information about our customers. Once we receive the PAY PAL authorization the product will be shipped.
